| |eQube-MI with eQube-TM have the ability to establish a digital backbone of integrated applications rapidly. These applications include the COTS applications (ERP, PLM, ALM, MES, CAD, ESM, etc.) and homegrown legacy applications.
eQube platform's core unique capabilities enable eQube-MI and eQube-TM to rapidly integrate applications. Those capabilities are: flexible Adapter framework, application-specific eQube connectors that provide loose-coupling while honoring the underlying application's access / security rules, ability to access all objects including customizations (objects, relationships, attributes - including dynamic attributes), and eQube's data virtualization layer. These features collectively help in eQube's capability to create a ‘view' on top of one or more applications for reading information and / or writing information to one or more destination applications. In addition, no ‘last-mile' coding is required for the development of an interface or end-point to the applications.
eQube-TM has unprecedented capabilities to establish a database of simple / complex maps and rule based transformations between disparate systems. Using the integrated business process modeler (BPM) capability of eQube-MI, a ‘MI process' can be defined for modeling one or more interfaces. The eQube-TM generated maps are used in the MI process for reading and writing information from / to applications including data transformations.
Any changes to the maps or rules can be managed in eQube-TM without affecting the overall solution. Once those changes are incorporated in eQube-TM, the corresponding eQube-MI process will use the updated maps and rules. With such integrated capabilities, the amount of efforts required to accommodate changes in existing integration interfaces are kept to a minimum.
