- Discover and analyze learning needs using standard yet industry recognized techniques
- Identify learning goals and performance measurements in collaboration with subject experts

- Collaborates with content developers for learning content using instructional design strategies

- Schedule and report training project meetings with stakeholders (internal/external) as needed
- Perform estimates to complete work; identify potential risks and recommendations for mitigation
- Deliver trainings on eQ products for internal employees and partners/clients based on business needs
- Adhere to training processes, standards, and work on improving effectiveness in training services
- Run pilots (proof of concepts) on new tools/techniques needed for innovation of training content
- Plan and estimate the training infrastructure and logistics according to the training requirements
- Travel related to work on training assignments as and when required (within and outside India)
Required Skills:
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to collaborate and work with people
- Solution design and implementation experience using enterprise products would be a key skillset
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented concepts, system integration, analytics, database concepts, and UML
- Good knowledge on using SOAP/REST/OData web services during solutioning of use cases
- Experience in using bug-tracking and collaboration tools such as, Redmine and Microsoft SharePoint
- Ability to deliver classroom as well as virtual trainings
- Ability to provide instructions to audience of varying technical levels and experiences
- Strong knowledge of instructional design theories, training delivery methodology, and best practices
- Experience in writing storyboards to allow visualizing the target video experience before it gets captured
- Experience in using tools preferably Active-Presenter or Camtasia to capture instructional videos
- A strong command on using American English while authoring the e-learning content would be desired
- Experience in creating interactive presentations (PPT’s) to ease out explaining complex learning concepts
- Able to create training material when required in form of PowerPoint Presentations, instructional videos, simulation videos, scorm compliant interactive videos, quizzes, webinars, and e-books
- Products based solution design and training background would be a considerable advantage
Nice to have Skills:
- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS 3, and jQuery framework
- Good knowledge of JavaScript Libraries including Core JS, Backbone JS, Marionette JS
- Good knowledge of Java Programming (both core/advanced) and related best practices
- Ability to record, cleanse, and improvise quality of recorded voiceover audio using tools such as Audacity
- Apply selective highlights, Table of Contents, progress-bar, callouts, notes, templatization, custom themes, and merging of externally recorded audio files during the video content authoring process
- Capture complex workflows inside videos, add sub-titles, add watermarks, and achieve responsive scaling
- Experience in adding interactivity inside learning videos, such as multi choice quizzes, fill-in-the-blanks questions, add text animations, add character animations with special effects such as fade-in-fadeout etc

Our HR Manager is responsible for:
- Managing the end-to-end HR lifecycle of Pune employees
- Innovating, inspiring, enhancing and growing the HR team
- Owning the complete onboarding process and making it a pleasant experience for the new employees
- Focusing on improving employee engagement, handling grievances and develop better retention strategies
- Assuming the ownership of information gathering on compensation and benefits as per industry trends and putting the same forward to upper management

Your key success factors:
- 12 to 15 years of experience with end-to-end HR lifecycle
- Proficiency in MS Office tools with expertise in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- A corporate side HR background from a mid to large MNC is crucial for this role
- Expertise in Onboarding, C&B, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, L&D and Employment Laws is essential for this role’s success
- Excellence at administering the HRMS tool, diligently maintaining HR data and producing reports
- Commensurate certifications and qualifications to succeed in this role
