Job Description: eQ Technologic is looking for a leader and a self- driven person who can understand and identify user needs and create amazing user experiences for our feature-rich and scalable enterprise products and solutions. Currently, we are looking for a ‘Manager-UI/UX’ based in Pune, India.

Responsibility:
Should be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces on our web and mobile applications. In addition to this role, will be responsible to support and drive process improvement initiatives across the company.

Some key responsibilities/Expectations:

• Leads the design of product concepts, turning ideas and wireframes into awesome user interface graphics and interaction patterns
• Develops, and guides the team on the user experience roadmaps for clients- both external internal stakeholders through applications, bots, websites, dashboards etc.
• Manages teams of user experience designers, graphic designers and researchers
• Conceptualizes original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design
• Collaborates with product and engineering teams, and effectively communicate visual design and interaction elements to the engineers
• Prepare strategic decisions based on project priority
• Creates aesthetically and functionally flawless user experiences
• Recommends best approaches for implementation of user experience.
• Identifies improvement areas plus prospective competitive advantage for advanced research as well as exploration

Job Requirements:

• Yrs. of experience: 14+ of which atleast 5 to 7 years in driving a dynamic UI/UX team
• Exceptionally proficient in the tools of the trade with an ability to move across them depending on tasks. Must be an expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Sketch, InVision, Keynote, Adobe XD etc.
• Experience creating and improving wireframes, prototypes, and style guides to advance a low-fidelity concept to a high-fidelity design.
• Proven track record of defining visual styles for web and mobile devices.
• Solve Performance Analytics business problems by proposing design solutions.
• Ability to create wireframes and mock-ups from product specification documents.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a cross-functional team.
• Ability to understand and defend design decisions and to appreciate feedback and incorporate that into the design
• Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail
• Self-managed with high degree of ownership, accountability and work ethics and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Background Plus:

• Bachelor’s degree in a design-related discipline like Interaction, Graphics, or Interface Design
• Experience in working on native mobile products, providing a great experience across mobile (iOS and Android) and desktop platforms.

Responsibility:
To lead the implementation team in delivering BI and/or migration and integration solutions to Customers based on the Company's eQube^® platform. It involves implementing solutions using eQube-BI and eQube-MI products.

Some key responsibilities/Expectations:

• End to end project implementation responsibility
• Understand the customer's requirements, processes and pain points.
• Working with technical implementation team and product development teams define the proposed solution.
• Create detailed implementation plans and drive the execution.
• Monitor and track the progress of the implementation and report the status.
• Help in defining the deployment architecture and configurations.

Job Requirements:

• Yrs. of experience: 8+ of which at least 2 years in managing the complex Enterprise application implementation projects.
• Working knowledge of Relational Database concepts and SQL
• BS or MS in Engineering (preferred: Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering)

This is a customer facing role and you are expected to work as part of a team in delivering BI and/or migration and integration solutions to Customers based on the Company's eQube® platform. It involves implementing solutions using eQube-BI and eQube-MI products.

Some key responsibilities/Expectations:

• Ability to code implementation solutions using JAVA and JAVASCRIPT when necessary
• Database knowledge and experience with SQL and T-SQL programming
• Requirements gathering, design, implementation, and support of the solutions.
• Articulate and patient with ability to deliver the eQube product training to customers
• Help in configuring or tuning the application and peripherals for better performance and scalability
• Ability to work in a team environment as a solution oriented individual
• Ability to exhibit a high degree of maturity and "can do" attitude; function under pressure; learn new concepts quickly and be self-motivating.
