The U.S. Navy, managing mission-critical programs like NMRO, QMS, RAW, JEDMICS, and Customer Onboarding, faced challenges from legacy systems and disparate data sources. Migration to AWS GovCloud IL5 and upgrade of AvPLM (Teamcenter 12.3 → 13.3) had to occur without disrupting ongoing operations.
