Kanchan has been with eQ Technologic since inception and has been instrumental in the company's growth over the past two decades. As a Chairperson & CMO her focus has been on helping establish the eQ brand and the eQube^®-DaaS Platform.

In addition to this, she is also responsible for the design of the Company and Product brochures, other Product marketing artifacts, the eQ website, world-wide eQ offices, and various conference booth designs.

With a focus on Brand Building & Marketing, Creative Design, and the overall Growth Strategy of the company, Kanchan is also a trustee of the eQ Foundation, an initiative started for the betterment of our communities, and the society at large.

As the President and CEO of eQ Technologic, Inc, Kunal Khaladkar drives business strategy and technology innovation while ensuring alignment towards the corporate vision and mission.

Since joining the company a decade ago, Kunal has worked his way up, holding various positions within the company. He started as a software engineer working on product development, transitioned into the Multi Action Organization where he led several customer implementations as well as business development initiatives, and went on to be a part of the Office of the CEO. He stepped into the role as a successor to his father and the founder of eQ, Dinesh Khaladkar, to carry forward his legacy and grow eQ to greater heights.

Informed by his experience, today, he brings a holistic view to the table with expertise across the board. With deep technical know-how coupled with a keen business acumen and a strong pulse on customer needs, he brings together the perfect blend of technology, business, and stakeholder management to enable value creation, growth, and long-term customer success.

As the Executive Vice President Products & CTO at eQ Technologic, Sanjeev leads the global software development initiative and is responsible for the product architecture, direction, operations and product implementations. Sanjeev heads the operations and development center for eQ Technologic and manages some of the key customer accounts.

With over 30 years of experience in the design, development and implementation of scalable, enterprise software products and solutions, Sanjeev leads the efforts in establishing the revolutionary eQube® Data-as-a-Service Platform architecture and its execution, as well as the vertical products built on top of the platform.

He has successfully established and grown the development center at eQ Technologic in Pune, India, that delivered the base eQube® Platform with two core offerings: eQube®-BI and eQube®-MI.

Prior to his association with eQ Technologic, Sanjeev was with QuestOne Decision Sciences in Pennsylvania, and was responsible for the Indian Operations of the company. Before that, he spent over four years with Ford Credit in Detroit where he helped computerize their North American Credit operations. He has also worked at Digital Equipment Corporation in the AI research center in Marlborough, Massachusetts and Thermax Systems and Software in India. Sanjeev holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Pune Institute of Computer Technology.

Rahul has an extensive background in the design and development of Enterprise Software products and in the PLM domain for the past 25 years. He has been with eQ Technologic for the past 21 years and has successfully managed various roles with increasing responsibilities starting as a Software Developer and leading to a Chief Revenue Office.

On the customer facing front, he actively manages Lockheed Martin on the F-35 program, General Dynamics (various divisions), United Launch Alliance (ULA), Micron technologies, and Moog among others. He has been able to successfully provide eQube®-DaaS based innovative solutions to these customers' business issues.

Nate is a highly motivated and dedicated leader within the eQ Technologic organization with over 35 years of aircraft, Navel, Automotive and weapon system hardware design, manufacturing, and management as well as architecting and leading the software and system development, implementation and computing infrastructure experience at Northrop Grumman. Over this time Nate has been a leader in the development and integration of products and computing systems in positions ranging from engineer, developer, implementer, architect, Engineer Specialist, Technical Specialists, Engineering Manager, Program Manager, Technical Advisor, Distinguished Technical Fellow, Director and Chief Technical Architect and Strategist.

Nate's current responsibilities as Senior Vice President - Customer Engagements leverages his experiences and include leading development, support, implementation and deployment teams across military and commercial client engagements. His background uniquely positions him as in a consulting role on high level business, process and technical strategies, and down and in on the design through deployment leading the execution, deployment and support teams. Nate also serves on the eQ Executive Council, assisting in providing corporate direction, strategies, planning and execution.

Alan's experience is in providing leadership and strategy in partnership with key Customer stakeholders to gain maximum business benefit from investments in enterprise software solutions. This is achieved by his approach to view real business challenges with individual, as well as holistic approaches. Applying this, he has a breadth and depth of over 35 years of experience across many industries including Aerospace, Defense, Consumer Goods, Food and Beverage, Automotive and Industrial Products.

Prior to joining eQ, Alan was a Business Partner Consultant with Siemens Industry Software for 7 years, where he held the role of Global Program Director at Rolls-Royce. For over 22 years he was employed in the Gas Turbine industry, with Siemens Power Generation and prior to that, ALSTOM and GEC where he held a number of roles from Electrical Engineering, Fluid Systems Design, Business Process Automation exploiting PLM technology and finally as Program Director for Collaborative Product Definition at a divisional level.

Gareth Webb is the Vice President of Customer Engagement at eQ Technologic, where he spearheads initiatives to help global enterprises drive value through seamless data integration and digital transformation. With over 25 years of deep-rooted experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Gareth brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective that spans the full lifecycle of PLM adoption—from end user to systems integrator to technology innovator.

Gareth began his career on the front lines of innovation in Formula 1, working with some of the most prestigious teams in motorsport, including Red Bull Racing, Honda F1, Williams, and Ferrari. These roles grounded his understanding of high-performance engineering environments and the critical importance of data-driven decision-making.

He then spent a decade at IBM, where he led the PLM Services team, delivering complex, global deployments and helping clients navigate the strategic and operational challenges of digital transformation. Following IBM, Gareth took on a leadership role at SAP, where he was responsible for managing the strategic SAP–Siemens partnership, driving collaboration between two of the industry’s most influential technology providers.

Now at eQ Technologic, Gareth leverages his rare combination of hands-on PLM experience, deep technical acumen, and enterprise-level strategy to help organizations harness the power of integrated data. His career spans the full spectrum of PLM—from being a customer and service provider to a technology enabler—giving him an unmatched ability to empathize with customer challenges and deliver impactful solutions.

Ashutosh Khandekar has been with the organization from its early days and has been instrumental in every stage of growth for the last 24 years, managing all financial aspects at eQ Technologic.

Ashutosh plays a pivotal role in worldwide financial controls, audits, taxation, banking relationships and treasury management as well as liaison with various government agencies for eQ Technologic. He is responsible for putting in place cost control, procurement control, payroll, and budgetary systems in the organization.

As Senior Director - Customer Engagements at eQ Technologic, Mark helps in providing quick solutions to the hardest problems using his experience and varied knowledge across multiple engineering disciplines including mechanical, electrical, software, and systems.

Prior to this, Mark spent 15 years at L-3 Communications where he managed mechanical design, system analysis, system integration, manufacturing, testing, configuration management, technical publications, enterprise software implementation, and multidiscipline technical management.

Mark has been successful in connecting multiple disparate systems across various networks and has worked on several accounts in the last 5 years at eQ Technologic. His primary focus now lies on handling and growing the US Navy engagements.

As the Director - Technology Partnerships, Allan Miyata has developed strategic partnerships with vendors, software original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and customers over the last decade and half.  He engaged, led, and successfully completed Independent Software Vendor (ISV) & Technology partnerships with over 25 large companies.

He was success director for customer such as Northrop Grumman Corporation, Special Operations Forces Support Activity, SPIRIT AeroSystems, NASA-JPL, and the US Navy. Prior to joining eQ, Allan had over 30 years of industrial experience working in multiple domains which included mechanical engineering, aerodynamics, instrumentation, flight testing, weapon integration, data analytics, database/application architect, project management, financial analyst, and operation/process management. He has held roles as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at several organizations & start-ups across multiple industries.

Devdutta has been with eQ Technologic for 21+ years and actively into Training & support for eQube DaaS Platform. In his earlier role at eQ, he worked with customers to bring together solutions using the eQube^®-DaaS Platform. He has been involved in providing solutions to for customers such as BAE Systems Marine in UK, and Automotive & heavy equipment manufacturers such as Yanfeng, FCA, Lear, Dana, Caterpillar, in the US, and various automotive customers in Spain as well.

With over 30 years experience in the industry prior to eQ Technologic, Devdutta headed the product development center at Iopsis. Devdutta worked at Tata technologies prior to this, as an architect and at Wipro Information Technology as a Customer Support Engineer.

Devdutta holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications from Mysore University.

Dagmar Schnorr has broad experience from leading positions in consulting, as well as software companies. After getting her degree as Mechanical Engineer (Dipl Ing) in 1989 and an MBA degree in 2007, she started in the PLM area 30+ years ago. Her experiences living in different countries and being connected to different industries, she is regarded as a trusted advisor to many companies around the globe.

Since joining eQ in 2018, she is responsible for the DACH region. Prior to this she was head of Business Area Digital Business Transformation at MHP, focusing on PLM and Digitalization along the value chain. Amongst others, she headed the PLM Competence Center of CSC Deutschland Solutions, where she focused on customers benefits gained by process improvements provided by software systems and organizational change. In Siemens IT Services & Solutions she was responsible for all PLM strategy & PLM activities, in the SIS Account offices. In evosoft as head of PLM Competence center she built the organization to support PLM projects and operations for large scale customer.

With her experiences and the spirit of “using technologies to gain business benefits and drive change for the growth” she enables our customers to really use a Digital Thread, improve the Digital Twin along the value chain and provide measurable benefits to our customers.

Gauri Gujarathi is Director – Customer Engagements at eQ Technologic, where she leads strategic customer relationships and engagement initiatives. With nearly 30 years of experience across consulting, IT leadership, solution delivery, and customer success, she brings a deep understanding of how technology can be aligned with business objectives to drive measurable outcomes.
During her 23+ years at eQ, Gauri has played a key role in fostering long-term customer partnerships and supporting organizations through complex digital transformation journeys.
Her passion lies in building trusted relationships, enabling collaboration, and helping customers achieve sustainable business value.

As Director of Customer Engagements at eQ, Pallavi architects complex digital transformation solutions for Fortune 500 organizations, uniting cross-functional teams to drive organization-wide impact and rapid adoption. Her work spans the full spectrum of enterprise challenges — from security and compliance to hybrid deployment architectures and authentication. Pallavi's fascination with software began early; she knew by the eighth grade that it was her calling, and 20 years of building solutions of ever-increasing scale has only deepened that commitment. Early in her career she joined a startup that proved formative, moving quickly from core product development to global customer engagements and spearheading a new product release in 2010. In the years since, she has guided customers through their digital transformation journeys, delivering solutions across Digital Thread, Master Data Management, Data Analytics & Profiling, and the integration and retirement of PLM, ERP, CAD, and legacy systems. She holds an MBA from Ohio University and a Digital Transformation certification from Yale University, which together sharpen her ability to pair technical depth with business insight and accelerate results for the clients she serves.

Milind comes with deep technical expertise and has been with eQ for 23+ years. Over the last 2+ decades, he has held several positions- starting with product development and then moving on to customer engagements. He has been instrumental in building strong relationships with customers and ensuring successful go-live of complex migrations, integrations and data federations using the eQube^®-DaaS Platform. Milind has also been an integral part of the development, launch and management of eQube^® Catalysts- a set of preconfigured solutions enabling rapid establishment of CLM solutions and ALM synchronizations to further accelerate digital transformation.

Pankaj has been with eQ Technologic for 23+ years driving enterprise scale digital transformation for industry leading organizations. He specializes in translating complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions, leading high-stakes customer engagements that span strategy, implementation and long-term partnership. Pankaj has spearheaded the adoption of the eQube^®-Daas platform to modernize integration, migration and reporting infrastructure at scale for customers across aerospace, life science, semiconductor, and defense sectors including Alcon, Leidos, ULA, JPL, and Micron. Earlier in his career, as a technology leader, Pankaj developed core functionality within the eQube^® platform that remains an integral part of the product today. With 26 years of overall experience, Pankaj also worked as a Software Developer at Intigma in Pune. Pankaj holds a bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Pune University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Computing from CDAC, Pune.

With a 25+ year tenure at eQ, Daya is a seasoned expert in designing and developing scalable enterprise software systems. He advanced from a software developer through multiple team leadership roles and now oversees the development of Model and Core Services modules to deliver streamlined solution development experience and high-efficiency execution on the eQube®-DaaS platform. By leveraging deep experience in customer-facing engagements, Daya uniquely bridges customer needs with new technological innovations, guiding product development in a highly strategic, business-centric direction.

With over 28 years of software development experience, Anantharaman serves as Director of Engineering for eQ Technologic's Integration Suite, where he has been a driving force for more than two decades. He leads the product development and delivery of eQube^®-MI, eQube^®-AG, and eQube^®-GMP — a cohesive suite of integration products built to solve complex enterprise challenges. At the heart of his mission is eQube^®-DaaS – Integration Suite, which he is championing as the industry's premier Low-code/No-code integration platform. His deep technical expertise, combined with a long-term vision for seamless, accessible integration, continues to shape the direction of eQ Technologic's most strategic product offerings.

With over 30 years of experience at eQ Technologic, Shilpa brings extensive expertise in enterprise software engineering, product development, and technology leadership. Beginning her career as a Software Engineer, she has progressed through the organization to her current role as Director of Engineering for the Analytics Suite. Over the years, she has played a key role in evolving and scaling the Analytics Suite into an enterprise-grade product, driving engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous product enhancement. She is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies and innovative approaches to solve complex business challenges and deliver products that meet world-class standards. Her deep technical expertise, long-standing experience with the product, and commitment to innovation have been instrumental in shaping the continued growth and success of the Analytics Suite.

Bhakti Khandekar is a UX leader with 25 years of experience shaping enterprise software experiences and building UX capabilities for complex technology environments. As Head of UX at eQ Technologic, she leads UX strategy and design across the company’s products and platforms. Her work spans enterprise UX, design strategy, research, design systems, DesignOps, accessibility, and creating coherent experiences across complex product ecosystems. Having worked through several shifts in technology and product design—from desktop and web to mobile, platforms and design systems—Bhakti is now focused on the next significant change: the evolution of software from systems that respond to user actions to systems that can generate, adapt, predict and act. Her current work explores Generative and Agentic AI and what this means for UX: how people express intent, delegate work, collaborate with intelligent systems, understand their behaviour, and remain appropriately informed and in control. Before joining eQ Technologic, Bhakti held UX and experience design leadership roles at Siemens Digital Industries Software and Infosys.

Dan serves as Vice President, Legal and General Counsel at eQ Technologic, Inc., bringing over 25 years of experience in legal, financial, operational, and strategic leadership. His background includes corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, contract negotiations, financial oversight, and organizational management. Prior to joining eQ, Dan served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of an alternative asset management firm, overseeing legal and regulatory matters, operations, finance, human resources, risk management, and investor relations. He brings a practical, business-focused approach to navigating complex legal and regulatory issues while supporting strategic growth. Dan brings advanced legal expertise to his role, holding both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws in Taxation.
