Dinesh founded eQ Technologic in Sept 2000 and spearheaded the company’s growth to 1000 global customers. He came with over 30 years of experience & expertise in strategic management, complex product development management, enterprise software development, supply chain management, enterprise application integration, executive decision-making, business analytics, and development of organization-wide performance metrics. He conceived eQube®, our flagship product platform and led its positioning as a revolutionary Data as a Service (DaaS) platform.
The eQube®-DaaS Platform is the brainchild of Dinesh that creates an enterprise information infrastructure which establishes a Digital Backbone of integrated applications and provides enterprise-wide visibility leading to Actionable Insight.

Kanchan has been with eQ Technologic since inception and has been instrumental in the company's growth over the past two decades. As a Chairperson & CMO her focus has been on helping establish the eQ brand and the eQube®-DaaS Platform.
In addition to this, she is also responsible for the design of the Company and Product brochures, other Product marketing artifacts, the eQ website, world-wide eQ offices, and various conference booth designs.
With a focus on Brand Building & Marketing, Creative Design, and the overall Growth Strategy of the company, Kanchan is also a trustee of the eQ Foundation, an initiative started for the betterment of our communities, and the society at large.
In addition to this, she is also responsible for the design of the Company and Product brochures, other Product marketing artifacts, the eQ website, world-wide eQ offices, and various conference booth designs.

As the President and CEO of eQ Technologic, Inc, Kunal Khaladkar drives business strategy and technology innovation while ensuring alignment towards the corporate vision and mission.
Since joining the company a decade ago, Kunal has worked his way up, holding various positions within the company. He started as a software engineer working on product development, transitioned into the Multi Action Organization where he led several customer implementations as well as business development initiatives, and went on to be a part of the Office of the CEO. He stepped into the role as a successor to his father and the founder of eQ, Dinesh Khaladkar, to carry forward his legacy and grow eQ to greater heights.
Informed by his experience, today, he brings a holistic view to the table with expertise across the board. With deep technical know-how coupled with a keen business acumen and a strong pulse on customer needs, he brings together the perfect blend of technology, business, and stakeholder management to enable value creation, growth, and long-term customer success.

As the Executive Vice President Products & CTO at eQ Technologic, Sanjeev leads the global software development initiative and is responsible for the product architecture, direction, operations and product implementations. Sanjeev heads the operations and development center for eQ Technologic and manages some of the key customer accounts.
With over 30 years of experience in the design, development and implementation of scalable, enterprise software products and solutions, Sanjeev leads the efforts in establishing the revolutionary eQube® Data as a Service Platform architecture and its execution, as well as the vertical products built on top of the platform.
He has successfully established and grown the development center at eQ Technologic in Pune, India, that delivered the base eQube® Platform with two core offerings: eQube®-BI and eQube®-MI.
Prior to his association with eQ Technologic, Sanjeev was with QuestOne Decision Sciences in Pennsylvania, and was responsible for the Indian Operations of the company. Before that, he spent over four years with Ford Credit in Detroit where he helped computerize their North American Credit operations. He has also worked at Digital Equipment Corporation in the AI research center in Marlborough, Massachusetts and Thermax Systems and Software in India. Sanjeev holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Pune Institute of Computer Technology.

Rahul has an extensive background in the design and development of Enterprise Software products and in the PLM domain for the past 25 years. He has been with eQ Technologic for the past 21 years and has successfully managed various roles with increasing responsibilities starting as a Software Developer and leading to a Senior Vice President - Customer Engagements.
On the customer facing front, he actively manages Lockheed Martin on the F-35 program, General Dynamics (various divisions), United Launch Alliance (ULA), Adient, Micron technologies, and Moog among others. He has been able to successfully provide eQube®-DaaS based innovative solutions to these customers' business issues.

Nate is a highly motivated and dedicated leader within the eQ Technologic organization with over 35 years of aircraft, Navel, Automotive and weapon system hardware design, manufacturing, and management as well as architecting and leading the software and system development, implementation and computing infrastructure experience at Northrop Grumman. Over this time Nate has been a leader in the development and integration of products and computing systems in positions ranging from engineer, developer, implementer, architect, Engineer Specialist, Technical Specialists, Engineering Manager, Program Manager, Technical Advisor, Distinguished Technical Fellow, Director and Chief Technical Architect and Strategist.
Nate's current responsibilities as Senior Vice President - Customer Engagements leverages his experiences and include leading development, support, implementation and deployment teams across military and commercial client engagements. His background uniquely positions him as in a consulting role on high level business, process and technical strategies, and down and in on the design through deployment leading the execution, deployment and support teams. Nate also serves on the eQ Executive Council, assisting in providing corporate direction, strategies, planning and execution.

Alan's experience is in providing leadership and strategy in partnership with key Customer stakeholders to gain maximum business benefit from investments in enterprise software solutions. This is achieved by his approach to view real business challenges with individual, as well as holistic approaches. Applying this, he has a breadth and depth of over 35 years of experience across many industries including Aerospace, Defense, Consumer Goods, Food and Beverage, Automotive and Industrial Products.
Prior to joining eQ, Alan was a Business Partner Consultant with Siemens Industry Software for 7 years, where he held the role of Global Program Director at Rolls-Royce. For over 22 years he was employed in the Gas Turbine industry, with Siemens Power Generation and prior to that, ALSTOM and GEC where he held a number of roles from Electrical Engineering, Fluid Systems Design, Business Process Automation exploiting PLM technology and finally as Program Director for Collaborative Product Definition at a divisional level.
Prior to joining eQ, Alan was a Business Partner Consultant with Siemens Industry Software for 7 years, where he held the role of Global Program Director at Rolls-Royce. Gareth Webb is the Vice President of Customer Engagement at eQ Technologic, where he spearheads initiatives to help global enterprises drive value through seamless data integration and digital transformation. With over 25 years of deep-rooted experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Gareth brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective that spans the full lifecycle of PLM adoption—from end user to systems integrator to technology innovator.
Gareth began his career on the front lines of innovation in Formula 1, working with some of the most prestigious teams in motorsport, including Red Bull Racing, Honda F1, Williams, and Ferrari. These roles grounded his understanding of high-performance engineering environments and the critical importance of data-driven decision-making.
He then spent a decade at IBM, where he led the PLM Services team, delivering complex, global deployments and helping clients navigate the strategic and operational challenges of digital transformation. Following IBM, Gareth took on a leadership role at SAP, where he was responsible for managing the strategic SAP–Siemens partnership, driving collaboration between two of the industry’s most influential technology providers.

Prior to this, Mark spent 15 years at L-3 Communications where he managed mechanical design, system analysis, system integration, manufacturing, testing, configuration management, technical publications, enterprise software implementation, and multidiscipline technical management.
Mark has been successful in connecting multiple disparate systems across various networks and has worked on several accounts in the last 5 years at eQ Technologic. His primary focus now lies on handling and growing the US Navy engagements.

Dagmar Schnorr has broad experience from leading positions in consulting, as well as software companies. After getting her degree as Mechanical Engineer (Dipl Ing) in 1989 and an MBA degree in 2007, she started in the PLM area 30+ years ago. Her experiences living in different countries and being connected to different industries, she is regarded as a trusted advisor to many companies around the globe.
Since joining eQ in 2018, she is responsible for the DACH region. Prior to this she was head of Business Area Digital Business Transformation at MHP, focusing on PLM and Digitalization along the value chain. Amongst others, she headed the PLM Competence Center of CSC Deutschland Solutions, where she focused on customers benefits gained by process improvements provided by software systems and organizational change. In Siemens IT Services & Solutions she was responsible for all PLM strategy & PLM activities, in the SIS Account offices. In evosoft as head of PLM Competence center she built the organization to support PLM projects and operations for large scale customer.

As the Director - Technology Partnerships, Allan Miyata has developed strategic partners and customers over the last decade. His guidance had led to successful engagements with Northrop Grumman Corporation, SPIRIT AeroSystems, NASA-JPL, and the US Navy.
He has over 30 years of industrial experience. Prior to joining eQ, Allan worked in a multiple domains which included mechanical design, aerodynamics, instrumentation, flight testing, data analysis, weapon integration and database design, application development, project management, sector management, financial analysis, knowledge management, process management and operations fields. He has held roles as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at several large organizations & start-ups across multiple industries such as Information Technology, golf course & planned community development, and composite/acrylic fabrication.
He has over 30 years of industrial experience. Prior to joining eQ, Allan worked in a multiple domains which included mechanical design, aerodynamics, instrumentation, flight testing, data analysis, weapon integration and database design, application development, project management, sector management, financial analysis, knowledge management, process management and operations fields. Devdutta has been with eQ Technologic for 21+ years and actively into Training & support for eQube DaaS Platform. In his earlier role at eQ, he worked with customers to bring together solutions using the eQube®-DaaS Platform. He has been involved in providing solutions to for customers such as BAE Systems Marine in UK, and Automotive & heavy equipment manufacturers such as Yanfeng, FCA, Lear, Dana, Caterpillar, in the US, and various automotive customers in Spain as well.
With over 30 years experience in the industry prior to eQ Technologic, Devdutta headed the product development center at Iopsis. Devdutta worked at Tata technologies prior to this, as an architect and at Wipro Information Technology as a Customer Support Engineer.
Devdutta holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications from Mysore University.
With over 30 years experience in the industry prior to eQ Technologic, Devdutta headed the product development center at Iopsis. Devdutta worked at Tata technologies prior to this, as an architect and at Wipro Information Technology as a Customer Support Engineer.
